Palate: Gorgeous blueberry fruit, spice flavors of cloves and cardamon, silky and smooth drying tannins on the mid to back palate.
Color: Pretty crimson
Food Pairings: Dishes with fresh herbs, mushrooms, feta or goat cheese, vegetarian lasagna
When to drink: Drinking beautiful now and should age nicely for 5 to 8 years.
