Our goal is for our wines to be a unique expression of our terroir. We practice minimal intervention in the winery.
2020 Estate Semillon
82% Semillon | 18% Sauvignon Blanc
Harvested 10/08/2020. Brix – 23.2; pH – 3.31. Alcohol – 13.5%
Co-fermented in stainless steel then aged for 8 months in French Oak (once and twice used) barrels with Acacia wood heads.
Aromatics: beautiful nose, pineapple & lime
Palate: dry, crisp and delicate with bright acid, lemon, stone fruit, apricot, and white flowers
Color: light yellow, bright & clear
Food Pairings: light cheese, roasted vegetables, scallops, shrimp, white fish, pork, turkey, chicken, and spicy Asian food.
2020 Chardonnay
Aromatics: Tightly-wound aromas of lemon rind, delicate citrus blossom and light toasted oak.
Palate: Clean and crisp with lime and lemon flavors and bright acidity. Mid-palate is tongue-coating with a long lingering finish with honey and pear notes.
Color: Bright, light gold. Clear and crystalline.
Food Pairings: Shellfish and other seafood, roast chicken and pork loin.
When to drink: Ready now, but should age beautifully for three to five years.
(sold out) 2021 Chardonnay
Harvested – 09/15/2022. Bottled – 08/10/2022. Brix – 23.4, pH – 3.58. Alcohol – 13.6%
100% barrel fermented; aged 9 months in 50% new and 50% once-used French oak. Taken through partial malolactic fermentation.
Aromatics: bright and crisp with lovely lemon and subtle oak scents
Palate: honey, lemon grass and lemon curd followed by bracing acidity and subtle oak; absolutely lovely.
Color: light gold
Food Pairings: cheese, fish, chicken, pork; will hold up to red meats for non-red wine drinkers.
When to Drink: beautiful now, but should age nicely for 2 to 3 more years.
2019 Estate Merlot
Harvested 10/11/19 (24 Brix, 3.42 pH), 10/17/19 (24.5 Brix 3.51 pH) and fermented in French oak for 19 months, 55% on new oak barrels and puncheons. Bottled 6/03/21. 14.1% Alcohol.
Aromatics: beautiful fruit, blackberry, blueberry, raspberry, brown sugar, and carmel
Palate: bright berry fruit, crisp with nice acid, fine tannins with light grip. Long linger on the finish.
Color: clear, medium garnet. Violet blue hues on the rim.
Food Pairings: pork roast or tenderloin, short ribs, French onion soup (or all by itself)
Aging: beautiful now with light grip. Should age for 10+ years.
2020 Estate Merlot
Harvested – 10/20/2020. Bottled 08/10/22. Brix – 27.0, pH – 3.72. Alcohol – 14.6%.
Aged - 22 months in 52% new French Oak barrels and puncheons, 18% once-used Hungarian Oak, and 30% neutral French Oak.
Aromatics: beautiful black fruit (blackberry and blueberry), brown sugar, and caramel
Palate: bright berry fruit, crisp with nice acid, fine tannins with light grip. Long linger on the finish.
Color: clear, medium garnet. Violet blue hues on the rim.
Food Pairings: pork roast or tenderloin, short ribs, French onion soup (or all by itself)
Aging: beautiful now with light grip. Should age for 8 to 10 years.

Harvested – 10/15/2020. Bottled 08/10/22. Brix – 25.4, pH – 3.76. Alcohol – 14.9%
Aged - 22 months in 100% new French Oak.
Aromatics: blackberry, toasted oak, and tobacco.
Palate: dark fruit (blackberry, boysenberry, blueberry), rhubarb, currents, black licorice, toasted oak, accompanied by nice acid.
Color: dark garnet with violet hues.
Food Pairings: steak, burgers, lamb, and kabobs.
Aging: good now, but best from 2024 on. Should age nicely for 8 to 10 years.
