Our story began in 2012 when we purchased a beautiful piece of lake-view property in Manson, WA with the intention of building our “last” home and planting a sustainable vineyard in the Lake Chelan AVA. We dreamed of planting a vineyard with the goal of growing the highest quality of grapes and selling our grapes to our area’s local wineries.
We planted our first vineyard blocks in 2015 and began selling our grapes in 2017 to three of our area’s leading wineries. We also made our first Estate Semillon/Sauvignon Blanc that year.
Our first wine came out so wonderfully that we made our second Estate Semillon/Sauvignon Blanc in 2018 along with our first Estate Merlot.

Estate Varietals to include Syrah, Merlot, Cabernet Franc, Sauvignon Blanc, and Semillon with 2024 bringing us Rousanne, Marsanne, Viognier, and Rolle (or in Italian – Vermentino). We’ll also be introducing several new non-estate Bordeaux varietals in 2023 including Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Malbec, and Petit Verdot
We are firm believers that you cannot make great wine without great grapes.
That’s why we took the time to site all of our varietals in the best possible locations in our vineyard.
Our Syrah and Merlot blocks are planted on a southwest facing slope to maximize sun exposure. Our Sauvignon Blanc is planted on a northeast facing slope, which curtails the sun exposure, which is optimal for this variety to retain acidity and optimize phenolic development. Our Semillon is planted on a northwest facing slope, which provides for ideal sun exposure for this later ripening white varietal.
